Working on a New Sketch
Just wanted to post a quick update on what I’ve been up to. I’ve been working on this sketch 5-10 minutes at a time for a few days now. I think it’s ready to paint. It’s pretty jumbled right now. I’m hoping that some paint will help separate the trees/leaves/butterflies a bit. I’ll post back when I get it painted to show you how it turned out. Still really loving my Micron pens! 🙂
Quick update – made a little progress tonight, though not as much as I had hoped. I got some color added to the background for the sky, and got her skin painted in. Still needs some touch-ups and smoothing on the skin, but I’m slowly making progress. Looking forward to working on it more this week! Here’s a little sneak peek of the WIP (and my adorable kitty! 🙂 )
